WELCOME TO THE TEAM

We are very fortunate at Duchy RDA to have some very talented and supportive Instructors and Helpers

Juliette (left) has been part of the group since ‘06. She qualified as an instructor in June ‘09. Linda (left of Benjie) has been with the group for about 10 years, 7 of which as an instructor. Jill (far right) has been part of the group for 20 years! 18 of these as an Instructor. The three of them are pictured with Benjie, Sheila and Nathan, a rider from Launceston College, who presented a ‘Thank-you’ card to the group at the end of term in June 2010 along with a box of delicious biscuits made by the children. We are fortunate to have such a willing group of instructors who are always pleased to go that extra distance for our riders.

We have a very loyal and willing group of helpers who are involved in tacking up the horses, leading the horses and ponies, side walking with riders, assisting with the mounting and dismounting of riders and preparing the school for use and clearing away afterwards. They are all an invaluable part of the team and the rides would not happen without their help and support.
